During your Market Ready Consultation, we will address the following:
1.Scope of Work: We will evaluate all of the rooms and the exterior grounds (if applicable). We will determine your goals and make some recommendations. 
2.Timeline: Please determine when you would like to start your project and when you would like for it to be completed. 
3.Budget: We recommend that you set a budget for your project before our consultation. If you are unsure where to start, we can help you determine a realistic budget for your goals and your space. 
4.Market Ready Process and Contract: We will review the details of the Market Ready Process and a sample contract so you know what to expect moving forward.
