Downsizing without Downgrading Initial Consultation. 

During your Downsizing without Downgrading Consultation, we will address the following:
1.Scope of Work: We will evaluate up to two homes and discuss all of the rooms you are interested in working on. We will determine your goals for how you want to use the space, and identify favorite items. 
2.Vision, Style and Preferences: This is where we find out what you like and don’t like. If you have been keeping a Pinterest board, magazine pages, or other visual inspiration items, please have those ready to share. 
3.Timeline: Please determine when you would like to start your project and when you would like for it to be completed. 
4.Budget: We recommend that you set a budget for your project before our consultation. If you are unsure where to start, we can help you determine a realistic budget for your goals and your space. 
5.Downsizing Process and Contract: We will review the details of the Downsizing Process and a sample contract so you know what to expect moving forward.
